I was the victim of a SIM swap fraud and as a result many of my accounts were compromised. Having a code sent as a text as a means of 2FA to access my accounts and reset my passwords obviously only helped the fraudster(s) in this case. Those accounts that were safe were those that were linked to an authenticator app on my physical device. This should really be the minimum standard going forward for all financial institutions but it’s not even an option with KOHO. I urge you to consider this.

Have to put a code from cellphone to log in + password

I just had my account accessed FOR THE SECOND TIME when it had a totally unique password. Why is there not 2FA for logging in as an option? This HAS to be a feature. I see dozens of requests for it. The only time I had to use it was when I changed my password. These accounts are not secure, your servers are not secure. Let us secure it with 2fa for logins, PLEASE.

Add 2FA to accounts. My account is compromised and i have no way to lock them out.

This should have been implemented day one. It adds much more security to the app and is almost standard at this point.
