Hi, I believe that Koho's dedicated phone support should be a right all Koho members, regardless of their plan or not. Other financial institutions have phone support as a basic right and need. Why not Koho? Locking it behind $20 sounds wrong. It would boost users and help productivity and so much more!

When i was formerly hacked (with police report), had no way of repaying my account, nor getting in touch with anyone regardless of text chat which would not save itself since i was unable to log in. - You ended up impacting my credit scroe negativitely, and refused to fix the issue.

Would be alot easier and better to have other options when calling with important issues where the the autobot wasn't helpful either when telling to telling it what your looking for
