What does one need to do to meet eligibility for this feature? i've been using Koho for a whole year now, i've been paying everything on time and yet it still doesn't allow me to use the feature.

Please, can someone from Koho explain which requirements we need to meet in order to become eligible please?

I find it kind of wild that it just doesn't let you use it at all.
