Allow your customers to have more control over charges on their card…. Allow them to flag or report issues right away while in pending status, rather than forcing them to wait for unauthorized charges to go from pending to successful forcing them to then jump through all sorts of hoops to get their funds returned.

There should be a quicker way to report people doing fraudulent activity on your account.
This is twice now in two months that someone tried charging nearly $170 to my account
Not cool. And not being guaranteed to get my money back, even though being insured..? That makes me want to close my account.

I took my children on a trip to Ontario and ended up getting a hotel . Well, the hotel turned out to have bedbugs, and it was very very gross and disgusting and I was promised to refund by the owner, which never happened. So I disputed it through the credit card company only for them to tell me that I needed physical evidence to support my dispute. And then on top of that they tell me it’s 90 days for a dispute to process??? It is not like this with Visa or MasterCard with Visa or MasterCard. It only takes two weeks not 90 days.. so a summer trip with my children turned out to be a disaster, and Koho is not very accommodating with the timeline. Make these disputes easier and less challenging for the cardholder!
